Order & Delivery

Your order will be shipped no later than 2 days after receipt of payment. We ship via Austrian Post as standard. Shipping is insured. The shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as postage costs.

If you have any problems ordering online or paying via the Internet, please feel free to contact us and we will find a solution for you.

We advise you to combine several items in one order. Unfortunately, we cannot combine two different orders retrospectively and the shipping costs are therefore calculated separately for each order.
